In 2017, Dr. Leslie started building Chardevelop LLC. Chardevelop, being short for character development, was created to help the renewal of the mind process (Romans 12:2) to see and walk into greater things in someone’s life. Dr. Leslie focuses on teaching of the Word, counseling, vocal training, personal training, life coaching, and job development for adults through entrepreneurship training and financial training. 

​Driven by planting seeds of righteousness (1 Timothy 6:17-19), Dr. Leslie goals are to help others see themselves the way God sees them, and to develop the strength and courage to live out their purpose. Dr. Leslie views himself as an usable vessel for you to encounter and experience God. An interaction with Dr. Leslie is for all to know that he is powerless, and whatever enlightenment one receives comes only from God.
